Clients reviews about Ease Carpet Cleaning

Doug was AWESOME he showed up on time ready to work:) Was informative, friendly and never complained about the fact that the A/C was temporarily out of service and the house was stifling....I felt so horrible about that but he stayed so pleasant and professional! The carpets look SO SO SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! The entire house smells refreshed! Rate for service even cost a little less than the other companies I received bids from. Very pleased with this entire experience. As a professional housekeeper myself, I will certainly be recommending these guys to clients because why not invest in "ART YOU CAN WALK ON" 😉💯🤗 ~ Sherry P

I had my carpets cleaned by Adam with Ease Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was upfront about the pricing, clearly explained the entire process, and even offered helpful recommendations to keep my carpets looking their best. One thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t have hoses running through my house like some other companies I’ve used. In the middle of a hot Texas summer, that makes a big difference by keeping the cool air. ~ JARED L

As a general contractor, it’s always nice to find a professional company who comes in to a project does exactly what they say they are going to do in a very timely and professional manner. Ease carpet cleaning checked all the boxes for us. Demetrius came in gave us an on the spot quote, came back when we were ready and did a flawless job. He was in and out and did exactly what he said he would do. There’s no doubt I will use Ease carpet cleaning for all my future projects. ~ Higginbotham B

I contacted Ease Carpet cleaning to help me when my pup had an accident on my carpet and needed more professional care than what I could do myself. I also had a few spots from my cats. Ease scheduled me right away and Demetris came out and gave an estimate and then returned to do the job. Demetris is very professional and did a great job. I am so thankful for their quick response, professionalism and care! Thank you! ~ Danielle H

Every one of these folks that I dealt with is NICE!! That means a lot to me!! They picked up my rug and held on to it while my house was remodeled. Delivery is set for next week!! I’ve loved my experience with them so far. Can’t wait to get the rug. I’ll give a post-service review at the appropriate time. You guys are all great!! I love and appreciate costumer friendly office personnel. 👍🏼👍🏼 ~ Lori L
