As a general contractor, it’s always nice to find a professional company who comes in to a project does exactly what they say they are going to do in a very timely and professional manner. Ease carpet cleaning checked all the boxes for us. Demetrius came in gave us an on the spot quote, came back when we were ready and did a flawless job. Every one of these folks that I dealt with is NICE!! That means a lot to me!! They picked up my rug and held on to it while my house was remodeled. Delivery is set for next week!! Demetris cleaned my tile and grout and did a fantastic job. I was skeptical about them coming clean - (25 years is a lot of worn in grime, no matter how much you clean) but they look GREAT!! Shawn is the screaming nuts! He cleaned my living room carpet, a small area rug, 3 chairs plus scotch guarding and was gone within an hour and a half. Great clean up as well. Demetris did a great job on our tile floors. Our tile has small grooves, and he worked hard to get as much as he could out of them in our large bathroom. He was respectful and informative about the floor cleaning products I was using. I would use Ease Carpet Cleaning Services again ~ Sandra C
